Returns & Exchanges

There are no refunds available but we will offer store credit if your item is returned 14 days from the shipping date. If 14 days have passed we will no longer be able to offer you a store credit. If you receive a store credit the cost of shipping out your new order will be taken from your store credit.

In order to be eligible for a return items must be in like-new condition, which means;

• Unworn (tags still attached)

• Unaltered

• Unwashed

• Stain (including deodorant and makeup) and smell free

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50 we advise using package tracking through Canada Post.  We will not be offering a return on items not received.
